You must send an email with reason for return/exchange prior to returning package. "factory damaged" items must be return within 10 days from the receipt of merchandise , we'll record credit towards next purchase or replace toward next shipment. We do not accept used or worn products for return.
If the customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, customer may return the product. There is a 20% restocking fee on all products being returned. The product must be returned within 10 days of the time product is received by customer. After the 10 days no returns will be accepted. Any products returned, must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentations.
Shipping Cost :
If the product is being shipped back in for return, the customer will take full responsibility for getting the item to us. This also includes coordinating insurance of the such item(s) with the shipping company. The shipping cost will also be on the responsibility of customer. We will not take responsibility for undelivered items or items delivered defective, broken or in any other form other than that of its original form when bought. We reserves the right to refuse any return in which the product is disassembled or not in its original form, with its original instructions, accessories, manuals, and anything else that came with the original package. Products that are determined to have been damaged by the customer will also be denied for return. Please make sure the return is in its original form.
Restocking Fee :
There will be a 20% restocking fee applied to all items returned for refund.
Credit Card Refund
Returned items must be stocked and properly process before refunds are issued to the customer's credit card. Until the time we obtain the item(s) in our establishment, credit card refunds may take approximately up to 30 days to be issued, depending on processing constraints.
